Our director is Mr. Luis Guillermo Cruz Rico who is a Barrister & Solicitor in Ontario, foreign legal consultant for Mexico and lawyer in good standing in that country with experience in litigation, including civil and criminal defence; and advisory on due diligence and regulatory compliance, including corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Mr. Cruz has successfully represented and defended Canadians in a variety of proceedings in Mexico and he was appointed by the Attorney General of Canada to assist his office in matters related to Mexico and NAFTA. 
Mr. Cruz Rico has deep experience in some areas of Mexican law including, criminal, constitutional, and agrarian law, particularly, land-tenure claims and doing business with Ejidos. 

Some of his cases have received national and international media attention.

Mr. Cruz Rico brings extensive experience and knowledge as Mexican legal counsel and liaison with Mexican authorities and media. He has assisted clients in pleading their case at the political level in both countries in resolving complex legal situations in the best interest of his clients.


 He also has specialized training in constitutional trials in Mexico and Human Rights claims before international institutions, such as the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington, D.C.

In Canada, he has acted a consultant for Greenspan Partners Barristers one of the top Criminal law firms in Canada and he has assisted individuals and companies in a variety of sectors including, automotive, energy, oil & gas, mining and manufacturing in order to setting-up, conducting and closing operations in Mexico.

Mr. Cruz Rico has vast teaching experience. He has lectured constitutional law, criminal law, administrative law and tax law for prestigious Universities in Mexico City and the State of Mexico. Also he has provided training and counselling for executives in decision-making process to face key legal challenges regarding business operations in Mexico.
